Nursing Pharmacist (F/H) Full-Time or Part-Time Position

THE JOB
Pharmacy Hospital Activities focused on:
- Clinical Pharmacy (Pharmaceutical Analysis, Medication Reconciliation).
- Feeding therapeutic bases (Medication Choice, Markets for Medicines and DMS-Central Reference for Commercial Offers + EDI).
- Securing medication management.
Pharmaceutical Projects:
- Deployment of Data Matrix Reading – Serialization, PDA in PUI (PDA in SDS by PPH since 2005).
- No production / Control Production activities (Chemotherapy, Radio Pharmacy, Water Quality,…). Some activities are subcontracted (Conventions with Hospital du Mans) under the ARS (Sterilization, Preparations,…).
- No pharmaceutical duties.
- A dynamic and motivated team works within this PUI. Weekly service meeting.
- High-quality communication exists with management teams and healthcare professionals.
Remuneration according to FEHAP convention + 100% seniority reprise YOUR PROFILE
- Required diploma: holders of the DES in PHARMACY Option Pharmacy Hospital + registration to the Order H
- Expected soft skills: listening, communication, rigor, adaptability, and sense of service.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Work from Monday to Friday
- Managerial status
- Prizes, annual prizes
- 25 CP + 15 RTT for a full-time position
