Functions or titles are presented in both feminine and masculine forms. Replacement of manager from August 10 to 21,
Team composition: 2 pharmacy technicians
Number of beds: 130 beds + 26 places
Missions:
Ensures the monitoring, control, and validation of prescriptions
Ensures the control of dispensing and repackaging
Ensures the dispensing, returns, and accounting of substances and medications classified as narcotics
Is responsible for drug over-packaging operations
Ensures the pharmaceutical release of individual doses to be administered
Ensures the management of the computerized "item" file and "supplier" file
Participates in the validation of orders (financial delegation)
Participates in the development of the therapeutic booklet
Validates medication reconciliations
Participates in information on medications, DMS (Drug Management System) and DADFMS (Drugs and Controlled Substances) products You must hold a doctorate in pharmacy + be registered in section H
Autonomy, sense of responsibility, respect for confidentiality and professional secrecy, rigor, and professional ethics
Master and analyze data
Master IT (HM software)
Knowledge of professional software
Master inventory management
Be able to manage risks
Participate in the quality approach
Fully engage in a multidisciplinary professional practice
Know and apply specific procedures, protocols, and regulations in force in the establishment
