Our client is a clinic located in LAVAL. A human-sized clinic with a capacity of 154 beds and places, it brings together surgical and medical specialties in 3 activity poles: multidisciplinary surgery, medicine (oncology and polyvalent) and a Medicine and Rehabilitation Care service. It is also equipped with a GCS Chemotherapy Center and an Unplanned Care Reception.

Part-time CDI (to be defined with the manager), based in LAVAL (53), available from June. Missions: Command, management of medication and medical devices. Management of blood derivatives (orders, tracking, invoicing, stock management) Management of controlled substances (orders, tracking, invoicing, stock management) Compliance with CAQES: Participation in pharmacotherapeutic analysis of prescriptions Participation in writing quality documents and procedures Supervise and train preparers, sterilization agents Supervise the team and sterilization process Supervise the pharmaceutical activity of chemotherapy (15,000 pouches/year)

Profile: Pharmacist responding to the requirements of the January 2015 decree regarding the conditions of practice in PUI (f/h). Sense of responsibility and organization, rigor and proposal will be an asset in this role Work in a team with 1 pharmacist manager, 7 preparers, and 6 sterilization agents.
