Pharmaceutical Sales Representative TM/AR/CS

Suntem 2A Farm, a young company with 100% Romanian capital, founded and authorized by ANM-DM after 14 years, with main activity of distributing medicines, supplements, and medical devices to independent pharmacies. Currently, we have over 4600 products in our portfolio, serving over 1400 clients across almost the entire country. Four years ago, our company started developing its own brand of supplements PharmA-Z.

Objectives:

Realize client management allocated to achieve company objectives by presenting and promoting products and services to these clients from Timisoara, Arad, Caras-Severin.

Responsibilities:

• Presenting and promoting products and services to allocated clients;

• Identifying client needs, personalizing, and adapting offers to their requirements and needs;

• Resolving any issues that may arise with clients in collaboration with other departments;

• Monitoring client credit and recovering debts;

• Following daily routes and achieving specific objectives for these routes;

• Realizing analyses and reports on activity performed;

• Proposing strategies to the superior manager for offering discounts to each client in part;

• Developing permanent relationships with clients to achieve business objectives;

• Achieving sales targets and fulfilling other objectives set by the direct manager.

Criteria:

• At least 1 year of experience in a sales position in the pharmaceutical field;

• Excellent organizational and planning skills;

• Proactively managing workload;

• Communication and teamwork skills;

• Sales and negotiation skills;

• Client-oriented and relationship-building skills;

• Flexible thinking;

• Good knowledge of PC operation: Word, Excel;

• Driving license category B.
