Pharmareferent (m/w/d) in the OTC Service

The prescription-free medicines based on this holistic therapeutic understanding are available worldwide on over 35 markets - often as market leaders. We are looking for a Pharmareferent (m/w/d) OTC YOUR TASKS You are the first point of contact for our customers, who are primarily physicians and pharmacists. Your tasks include: • Providing expert advice to customers on our products and their applications • Conducting product training sessions for customers • Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop marketing materials and sales promotions • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. YOUR PROFILE You are a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry. Your profile should include: • A degree in pharmacy, medicine or a related field • Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a role involving customer-facing activities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in MS Office.
