Job description
Position based in Malta (Ħal Far), at the manufacturing site of a leading global pharmaceutical company. Main Duties and Responsibilities Oversees the daily operations of the Pharmaceutical Technology – Process team, ensuring scientific and technical aspects of projects are executed efficiently and on schedule (including planning, evaluation, implementation, monitoring and documentation). Serves as the key liaison with cross-functional departments to promote seamless coordination and timely delivery of projects. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards and company policies. Develops and implements process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs and enhance product quality. Collaborates with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. Provides technical guidance and support to team members. Identifies and resolves technical issues and problems. Maintains accurate records and documentation of processes, procedures and results. Participates in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and improve overall performance. Serves as a subject matter expert for process-related matters. Provides training and coaching to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures. Ensures that all activities are performed in accordance with the company's quality, safety and environmental policies. Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion. Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
