About the role:
As pharmaceutical consultant (m/f/d), you are responsible for handling client requests regarding our pharmaceutical products. You represent the professionalism of our pharmacy and expertise. You exercise your missions in respect of medical safety and customer health.
Respond to clients' pharmaceutical questions via email, chat, and phone. Mainly in French. English and/or Dutch are an asset, but not essential.
Handle complaints and pharmaceutical issues via phone, chat, and email.
Analyze the website content and inform the competent service when an adaptation is necessary.
Offer proactive advice to clients and ensure follow-up when a order presents contraindications.
Provide assistance to customer service for pharmacy-related issues.
