Job description

As pharmaceutical advisor (m/v/d), you are responsible for processing customer inquiries about our pharmacy products. You represent the pharmaceutical professionalism and expertise of our company. You fulfill your tasks in the context of medical safety and health of the customer.

Your specific tasks:

Answering pharmaceutical questions from customers via email, chat, and phone. Mostly in Dutch. English and/or French as an extra language is a plus, but not required.
Handling pharmaceutical complaints and issues.
Analyzing the content of the website and informing the right department when adjustments are needed.
Offering proactive advice to the customer and follow-up when a purchase may be contraindicated.
Assisting the customer service with pharmacy-related topics.
