• Responsibility for achieving coverage-, frequency-, and revenue targets in your area.
• Representation of products and services to doctors and professional circles.
• Planning and implementation of sales initiatives as well as organization of specialist events.
• Budget responsibility for customer contacts and external activities.
• Ensuring compliance according to statutory provisions and company guidelines.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key partners in the healthcare sector.
• Creating a business plan for your area and deriving concrete measures.

• SUCCESSFUL experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales, ideally in the specialist field.
• In-depth knowledge of therapeutic approaches and the ability to convey complex scientific content in an understandable manner.
• Excellent communication-, negotiation-, and networking skills.
• Independent, structured work style and high self-motivation.
• Safe handling of digital tools and modern communication solutions.
• Bachelor's/ Bachelor's degree and at least 4-8 years of relevant sales experience, with at least 2 years in specialist sales.
