Pflichtpraktikum Social Media Creator (m/w/d)

Fifteen Love is more than a tennis tournament – we are a lifestyle brand that connects sport, culture, and community. With events like the FL Championship, Red Tree, and Padel Parranda, we create experiences that move people.

We are looking for a creative personality who is motivated to actively shape our social media world – authentically, camera-ready, and with a genuine feel for good content.

Tasks

• You stand in front of the camera and produce (authentic UGC content) for Instagram and TikTok
• You film and edit Reels and develop a feeling for what performs well on the respective channels
• You bring in your own format ideas and implement them independently, with feedback from the team
• You support the further development of our content image language on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• You are on site at our events (FL Championship, Red Tree, Padel Parranda) and take over the live content production: filming, stories, behind-the-scenes
• You help with the setup and maintenance of the editorial calendar and think actively with the weekly planning
• You monitor trends on TikTok and Instagram and suggest what we can adapt

Qualification

• You enjoy standing in front of the camera
• Experience with CapCut, Edit, or similar tools
• You are active on Instagram and TikTok and know what works there
• You have initiative and enthusiasm to bring in your own ideas – not just wait for what's said
• You have a sense of aesthetics, timing, and storytelling in the short format
• You are interested in sports, events, and urban lifestyle
