Mandatory Internship Social Media & Content Management (m/f/d)

Yoshfilms is a social media agency from Hamburg, specializing in video production, post-production, and motion design. We develop creative content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. As part of a paid mandatory internship (or comparable employment, min. 4 months), you will work with us on real client projects and gain valuable practical experience in digital content production.

Tasks

• Social media management for our clients
• Writing captions and post texts
• Planning, publishing content, and maintaining editorial calendars
• Developing own content and video ideas
• Contributing to concepts and social media strategies
• Observing trends and new formats and contributing them to the team
• Co-managing our own Yoshfilms channels

Qualifications

• Strong interest in social media, content, and current trends
• Very good command of language and enjoyment of writing
• Creativity and a desire to contribute own ideas
• A sense for storytelling, hooks, and good content
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Initial experience with social media or content creation is an advantage
• Ideally: enrolled student for a mandatory or part-time work-study program
