Job description

Welcome to TecFox!

We are a future-oriented IT services company from the Braunschweig/Wolfsburg region and realize exciting IT projects for renowned customers across Germany. Our strengths? Technological expertise, genuine team spirit, and a clear focus on innovation and further development.

You want to gain first-hand practical experience in the field of Human Resources during your Praxissemester/Pflichtpraktikum and actively contribute to a growing company? You're looking for an exciting and versatile position that challenges you and offers genuine insights into the recruiting process? Then you're exactly right with us!

You won't just work in the background, but will learn the entire recruiting process – from the first contact to personal exchange with applicants from an international environment. You are not a number, but a valued team member. We take the time for you, so you can learn a lot, have space for your own ideas and research, and really understand how modern recruitment works. So your internship will not only be varied, but also interesting and practical.

Tasks

In the recruiting team, you'll support us with various tasks and learn about the entire application process. This includes:

  • Participation in Bewerbermanagement, e.g., maintenance of candidate profiles in an international context as well as sending out acknowledgement emails, interview invitations, and rejection letters
  • Support with creating and optimizing job postings
  • Preliminary preparation and accompaniment of interviews
  • Analysis and documentation of internal HR processes focusing on digitalization and efficiency improvement
  • Research on current HR trends, tools, and best practices
  • Taking over responsibility for your own tasks and small projects over time

Qualification

  • You are an enrolled student of economics, law, or social sciences, preferably combined with psychology
  • First-hand practical experience in personnel management is advantageous but not a must-have
  • Familiarity with MS Office
  • Structured, independent, and responsible working style, as well as good communication skills
  • You are contact-friendly, appreciative, and open-minded in dealing with people
  • Interest in digital tools and modern HR topics

Benefits

  • A comprehensive insight into HR practice during a 6-month internship
  • Fascinating, challenging, and versatile tasks as well as opportunities for participation from the first day
  • A fair compensation
  • Flexible working hours and the possibility of mobile work
  • An open, appreciative company culture with short decision-making paths
  • Room for your studies as well as personal and professional development
  • Snacks, fresh fruit, chilled beverages, and high-quality coffee specialties – for daily energy in the office
  • team events and a well-developed community spirit
