To expand our booking platform, we are looking for an organizational talent with a can-do mentality: You are the central interface between requesting customers and our nationwide network of photographers. You ensure that shoots run smoothly from the first inquiry to the final image delivery – and actively bring deals to a close.

Responsibilities

• Customer service & sales: Process incoming shooting inquiries (weddings, proposals, bachelor/bachelorette parties, events), create offers, charmingly follow up, and close bookings.

• Photographer Matching & Coordination: Select suitable photographers from our nationwide network, coordinate appointments, and reliably brief shoots.

• End-to-End Project Management: Accompany the entire workflow – from appointment scheduling to online galleries to forwarding customer selections to our retouching team.

• Customer Communication & Support: Find quick, pragmatic solutions for appointment changes, cancellations, or last-minute customer requests.

• Platform & Process Maintenance: Maintain internal overviews, tables, and tools, and actively optimize recurring processes.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Internship: You are looking for a mandatory internship of several months as part of your studies or training (e.g., Business Administration, Media/Event Management, Communication, or similar).

• Communication Skills: You enjoy direct contact with customers and service providers (chat, email, phone) and always strike the right note.

• Organizational Talent: You keep an overview of deadlines, to-dos, and feedback even with many parallel assignments.

• Hands-on Mentality: Independent work style, proactive thinking, and solution-oriented action.

• Language Skills: Very good command of German, both written and spoken; basic English skills are an advantage.
