Now begins our growth phase – to strengthen our team in Berlin, we are looking for a* Pflichtpraktikant*in (m/w/d) for the Growth & Operations department (Berlin, hybrid) starting from February 2026.

Tasks

Tasks - Your contribution to the strategic further development of ecopals

In this role, you will combine engineering knowledge with entrepreneurial thinking. You will ensure that innovative asphalt technologies are implemented in real projects and are economically successful. As a technical and commercial interface, you will work closely with customers, construction partners, and our management team – from the initial project idea to practical implementation.

Where we need you:

• Transferring technical knowledge from R&D into concrete customer projects
• Hands-on support for pilot and customer projects – in the office and on site
• Participation in project planning, asphalt recipes, and technical design
• Technical-commercial interface between ecopals, customers, and partners
• Preliminary preparation of samples, tests, and technical documentation
• Support for offers, presentations, and business development
• Analysis of CO2 savings and economic benefits of our solutions

Requirements

Qualification – What you should bring:

• Ideal candidate with a completed Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (focus on road construction/infrastructure) and currently pursuing a Master's degree with an economic focus
• Strong technical understanding combined with commercial interest
• Pleasure in customer contact and pragmatic problem-solving
• Eigeninitiative, structured work style, and hands-on mentality
• Travel readinessEnglish: fluent – German: strong plus
