In the Operations department, everything comes together. Here, projects are planned, controlled, and successfully implemented.

Aufgaben

💡 Your Role

As a trainee or trainee in the Operations department, you will support our project team in planning and implementing battery storage projects.

You will gain insights into operational processes, project management, and process improvement and actively work on real energy projects.

⚡ Your Tasks

• Support in project management, particularly in terms of deadline, task, and communication coordination
• Preparation and maintenance of project documents as well as preparation of reports
• Research and data maintenance on installers, suppliers, and partners
• Tracking open points and obtaining technical information
• Participation in the development of operational processes
• Support for special topics such as logistics planning, tool building or data structuring
• Participation in the development of internal tools for storage design, including data structure and analysis

Qualification

🎯 Your Profile

• Pflichtpraktikum as part of a study program, e.g. Industrial Engineering, Energy or Electrical Engineering, Business Informatics or comparable
• Interest in renewable energies, startups and operational implementation
• Structured, reliable and independent working style
• Teamwork and clear communication
• Safe handling of common office tools
• First experience with tools like Notion, CRM systems or coding is advantageous
