Mandatory Internship Operations Management - Fashion & Sustainability Start-Up from November/December 2026

We are FOBE, an innovative sharing platform for the hottest luxury IT bags from brands like Prada, Gucci, Bottega Veneta and many more. With FOBE, we enable our members to access a virtual wardrobe full of exclusive bags – easily through a membership.

Since our founding in March 2020, we have been growing steadily and are currently in an exciting growth phase. To drive this growth further, we are looking for support in our office in Hanover.

Responsibilities

• Refurbishment & Product Care: You ensure that our bags are optimally cared for, stored, and shipped – from quality control to packaging

• Data & Processes: Close collaboration with Operations Management and support for the development/further development of processes and structures in the Operations area

• Customers & Service: Customer management (customer support, insurance processing)

Qualifications

• Enrolled at a university/college (mandatory internship)

• Interest in fashion & circular economy

• Interest in operations, process management & start-ups

• Structured and independent way of working

• Enthusiasm for communication and team spirit

We are looking for someone to strengthen our Operations team, as part of a mandatory internship for a duration of 1 to 3 months. The internship can start from November or December 2026.
