Your Profile

Studies/Academic degree in Communication, Marketing or similar – or a non-traditional entrant with social proof.

• Sure on TikTok/IG/YouTube, eager for data & details, strong team communication.
• Vor Ort? Great! Our office is perfectly located between Cologne and Düsseldorf.

Tasks

Your tasks include:

Bereich Social Media & Campaigning:

• Campaign Management: Planning, implementation and evaluation of influencer campaigns
• Scouting and briefing of creators
• Performance-tracking and reporting using Google Sheets & Monday
• (Opt.:) Support in content planning and creation (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)

Bereich Corporate Communication & PR:

• Writing press releases, presentations and employer branding materials
• Support in external communication and PR projects
• Developing market and competition analyses for corporate positioning
• As part of our social media team, you'll develop content ideas and create posts for our internal and external channels

Qualification

What you should bring:

• You're a creative head interested in marketing, communication and social media – and looking for an internship
• You have professional experience in marketing
• You're enthusiastic about technological topics and familiar with various social media platforms
• You can write texts easily on German and English
• As a team player: you enjoy being among people, getting inspired by others' ideas, projects and stories
• You're a communicative, flexible and motivated person who takes initiative
