Aufgaben

What awaits you here

You're not just an intern here, but part of the team. You'll work on real customer projects, support our team in their daily business, and gain insights into the entire spectrum of modern communication - strategically, editorially, digitally, and naturally KI-supported.

Depending on projects, themes, and your strengths, you'll support us by:

• Conducting research on media, trends, companies, markets, and KI topics
• Working with common KI tools, such as for research, ideation, structuring, text drafts, or analysis
• Testing and documenting KI applications, prompts, and workflows
• Visibility and reputation themes like GEO
• Editorial work for social media, websites, newsletters, blog posts, press releases, and other communication formats
• Developing and preparing content for channels like LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
• Preliminary work on events, workshops, presentations, and customer meetings
• Creating simple presentations, visuals, or working materials, such as with Canva or PowerPoint
• Organizational tasks around various projects, timings, editorial plans, and coordination

If your internship is longer, you'll also have the opportunity to take on a small project of your own and actively shape it.

Qualifikation

What you should bring with you

You're enrolled in a media-related study program, such as communication science, PR, journalism, media management, marketing, integrated media, or a comparable program.

What's most important to us is that you're curious, reliable, willing to take responsibility, and eager to learn about communication, KI, and new topics.

You fit in well with us if:

• You're at least in your third semester
• You want to complete an internship as part of your studies
• You have very good German language skills and good English language skills
• You enjoy writing and have a good sense of language, tone, and target groups
• You're interested in strategic communication, PR, social media, and digital topics
• You have first basic experiences with KI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar applications
• You're eager to understand how KI is used in communication
• You're reliable, meticulous, and willing to take responsibility
• You're open to feedback and willing to learn
• You quickly adapt to new topics
• You work structured and can keep track of multiple tasks
• You have team spirit, initiative, and a good dose of curiosity

You don't need to be a tech student or have advanced KI expertise. What's important is that you're eager to actively engage with new tools, technologies, and communication formats.

Bonus but not a must: first experiences with photo, video, Canva, design, social media, newsletter, or website maintenance.
