Responsibilities

• You independently create offers and keep track of the status of each inquiry with our CRM tool
• You are the first point of contact for customer inquiries and appropriately categorize them
• You plan email campaigns and webinars – from the initial idea to the evaluation of their success
• You support our energy consultants and calculate how renovation measures affect real buildings
• You will gain insight into how technical analysis and sales work together
• You help improve processes and build new structures
• Your ideas are in demand – we actually implement good suggestions

Qualifications

• You are enrolled in a degree program related to technical topics (such as Industrial Engineering, Energy and Building Technology, or comparable)
• You are looking for a mandatory internship
• You have interest and enthusiasm for direct customer contact
• You are a team player and have strong communication skills
• You have very good German language skills
• Careful, structured, analytical, and independent work methods characterize you
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) completes your profile
