Job description

We are building EmpowHerNetwork - the most relevant DACH-ecosystem for female founders in their first 3 years after founding. Over 400 founders in our community. Our experts are not coaches, but active operators from real companies: besides the community and some offline events, we offer both B2C and B2B startup programs.

Our corporate deals with banks and insurance companies are no sponsorships, but a new acquisition channel that we want to increasingly bring into the corporate world. Our founder sits in Hamburg, but we work remote-first.

About what it's all about. We're currently bringing in many more leads into our B2C funnel - through Meta Ads, webinars, waiting lists, 1:1 landing pages and our 10-phase masterclass. Between 'first contact' and 'program booked' lie several touchpoints, usually a 1:1 call with our founder Emily. Exactly between that sits you. You make sure no warm lead gets cold, the calendar of our founder Emily is full with the right calls, and we exactly know which funnel path brings which closes.

Tasks

About how your week will look like. Weekly, you take all lead entries from the previous week - webinar sign-ups, lead magnet entries, waiting list adds, masterclass buyers and make sure everything is properly maintained in our CRM. As CRM, we use Notion and Klayvio.

In the week are follow-up days planned: the calls after someone has registered for a lead magnet, stand out. You get feedback, pitch our program and set them up for a call with Emily.
Thursday is drafting day - you write between 5 and 15 individual email responses to warm leads. Friday afternoon is reporting: update the conversion tracking table in Notion, summarize KPIs for the weekly check-in with Emily.

Concrete tasks.

Maintain clean Klaviyo segments (E-Com, Service, Webinar Leads, 1:1 Leads, Waiting List Revenue Sprint, Waiting List E-Com Sprint, Alumni).

Together, we set up flows in Klayvio for the five current funnel paths. Write mail drafts for warm leads that respond individually. Lead conversion tracking table: which funnel path brings how many discovery calls, how many closes, into which programs.

What you don't do. You don't close deals. Pitches and program application conversations are handled by someone else. You qualify leads - the final decision 'does this applicant fit our program' is made by someone else. You negotiate prices - pricing questions go back to our founder. You make no cold outbound - all leads you work with are inbound.

Qualification

Your internship will run for the next 6 weeks.

You work cleanly and structured: think in tables, work through task lists - that's not torture for you, but actually makes you happy. You write clearly, warmly and without clichés, because we trust you to send emails to our leads, so you need to be able to maintain tone.

But above all, you should be open to learning and have no hesitation in calling anywhere.

Benefits

- You really have space to try things out. If you find a mail sequence better than the existing one -> write it, test it, show us the numbers. We don't micromanage, we listen. Someone who has a passion for sales can learn a lot here.

- We learn with you. We are a small team that is still building itself, failing, adjusting. You won't see a finished company, but one in the making. That's more challenging and honest than any corporate internship.

- Steep learning curve, guaranteed. Klayvio, funnel mechanics, sales psychology, B2C pricing, female founder reality -> you leave the internship with skills that other work students take two years to develop.

- Right in the bubble. You sit right in the middle of the DACH female founder scene - over 400 founders in our community, regularly speaking with brand greenies. You learn them not through LinkedIn, but personally.

- Network that holds. Whoever leaves us goes out with an address book that opens doors in coaching, education and startup roles.

What we consciously don't assume

Sales experience. Coaching background. Own company. Prior knowledge of the female empowerment industry. Programming or design skills. If you don't have all of these things, but bring the rest - apply.
