From the start, you'll be a fixed part of our team. During your onboarding, we'll accompany you intensively, give you space for your own ideas, and show you how modern recruiting works in practice. So, your internship will be designed to be practical, diverse, and instructive.

Aufgaben

As part of our recruiting team, you'll support us throughout the entire application process and gain comprehensive insights into operational personnel work. Your tasks will include:

• Support in applicant management, e.g., maintenance of international candidate profiles, sending of acknowledgement emails, interview invitations, and rejections
• Participation in creating and optimizing job postings
• Preliminary preparation and accompaniment of application interviews
• Analysis and documentation of internal HR processes with a focus on digitalization and efficiency enhancement
• Research on current HR trends, tools, and best practices
• Gradual takeover of your own areas of responsibility and small projects

Qualifikation

• Enrolled student in economics, law, or social sciences
• First practical experiences in the HR department are advantageous but not a requirement
