We'll teach you the entire recruiting process from start to finish – from the first contact with candidates to personal exchange in an international context. From the very beginning, you'll be a full-fledged team member. We'll accompany you intensively during your onboarding, give you space for your own ideas, and show you how modern recruiting works in practice. So your internship will be varied, practical, and enlightening.

Tasks

As part of our recruiting team, you'll support us throughout the entire application process and gain comprehensive insights into operational personnel work. This includes:

• Support in Bewerbermanagement, e.g., maintenance of international candidate profiles, sending out acknowledgement emails, interview invitations, and rejections
• Participation in creating and optimizing job postings
• Preliminary preparation and accompaniment of interviews
• Analysis and documentation of internal HR processes with a focus on digitalization and efficiency enhancement
• Research on current HR trends, tools, and best practices
• Gradual taking over of own areas of responsibility and small projects

Qualification

• Enrolled student in economics, law, or social sciences
• First practical experiences in the HR field are advantageous but not a requirement
• Familiarity with MS Office
• Self-motivated, structured, and reliable work style
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with people
• Interest in digital applications and modern HR topics
