From the beginning, you will be an integral part of our team. Tasks

As a member of our recruiting team, you will support us throughout the entire application process and gain comprehensive insights into operational HR work. Your tasks will include, among others:

• Support in applicant management, e.g. maintaining international candidate profiles and sending confirmations of receipt, interview invitations, and rejections
• Participation in the creation and optimization of job advertisements
• Preparation and accompaniment of job interviews
• Analysis and documentation of internal HR processes with a focus on digitalization and efficiency enhancement
• Research on current HR trends, tools, and best practices
• Gradual takeover of your own areas of responsibility and small projects

Qualification

• Enrolled student of economics, law, or social sciences
• First practical experience in the HR field is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office is a "nice to have"
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Interest in digital applications and modern HR topics
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least C1 level)
