THE NEKST is a family-owned business group with around 180 employees and three high-quality gastronomy concepts:

• CODOS Roastery – Specialty Coffee & Café Culture
• Black Apron Bakery – Handcrafted baking at its highest level
• Bestia Neapolitan Pizzeria – Authentic Neapolitan pizza

We are looking for two practicum students who want to gain practical experience and contribute to the development of our brands.

As a practicum student in marketing, you will support our Communication & Marketing Team in their daily operations and on selected projects. You will work closely with the marketing responsible persons, gain insights into brand communication, content, B2B, and CRM, and learn about three strong brands and a growing company group. In addition to your work in the daily routine, you will take responsibility for your own smaller projects and gain practical experience, where you can bring in your own ideas and actively contribute.

Tasks

• Research and preparation of potential B2B leads including market/Wettbewerbs research
• Support with strategic research and presentations for the team
• Participation in planning and production of social media content (image/video)
• Support with events (planning, materials, operational implementation)
• Maintenance and further development of our LinkedIn CRM including lead tracking and documentation
• Management of the Info-Mail inbox and structured filing/transfer in CRM
• Support with Shopify: product updates, product information, small content adjustments

Qualification

• Enrolled student (practicum according to study regulations)
• Interest in marketing, brand building, and gastronomy
• Structured, independent working style
• Very good German and English skills
• Affinity to social media and digital tools
• First experiences with Canva, social media, or CRM tools are a plus
