Pflichtpraktikum im Bereich Social Media, Brand, Community & Event-Management (m/w/d)
Job description
The Berlin Social Club is a growing community project that brings people together who value exchange, creative experiences, and shared values. We are at the beginning of an exciting build-up phase – with the goal of creating an authentic brand and a strong network that connects online and offline.
Aufgaben
Your tasks:
As a trainee: you will support our founding team in building and developing the club in the areas of Social Media, Branding, Community Building, and Event Management. You will have the opportunity to shape your own work, take responsibility, and actively participate.
Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Development of a social media strategy
- Concept, planning, creation, and maintenance of Social Media Content (Reels, Posts, Stories, Copywriting)
- You monitor the market, identify trends in the social media environment, and set new concepts and ideas on all major social media channels.
- You develop small formats and creative content ideas independently.
- You analyze and evaluate social media trends and user behavior and conceptualize and implement innovative social media campaigns and cooperation models.
- You find the right influencers/UGC creators to create more awareness and ensure more reach and brand & community building.
Community, Brand & Partnership Building
- Content production, maintenance, and expansion of our Community Channels (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Website)
- Active interaction with our community on all platforms (answering messages & comments and forwarding relevant topics to the team)
- Support in building a strong brand and developing communication strategies.
- Partnership Management: find the right B2B partners & venues
- Conduct valuable research to promote our public relations activities.
- Create and conduct Member Surveys, evaluate feedback, and support the development of a Loyalty Program.
Event Management
- Participation in planning and organizing our Events & Workshops – from idea to implementation
- Conceptualization / improvement of event structure and creativity for new events and workshops.
Analyse & Reporting
- Monitoring organic performance
- Creating monthly Reportings with learnings & recommendations
Qualification
You bring:
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor's (at least 4th semester) or Master's program and are looking for a Pflichtpraktikum as part of your studies (e.g. Marketing, Communication, Event Management, Media, Business Administration or relevant field) (unfortunately we cannot consider applications for voluntary internships)
- You have already gained some practical experience in one of the following areas: marketing, creating digital content, or social media for commercial or private purposes
- You are communicative, reliable, and work independently and self-responsibly.
- Hands-on mentality is an integral part of your DNA.
- Excellent organizational skills & a quick understanding ability
- You have a good feeling for visual language and aesthetics & get excited about social media, community building, and event conception.
- You are eager to learn in a creative, agile environment and take responsibility.
- CapCut & Canva are not foreign words to you.

This internship is unpaid, as it is a compulsory internship within the framework of a school or university education according to § 22 Abs. 1 Satz 2 Nr. 1 MiLoG. We ensure that the internship serves learning and training purposes and is professionally supervised. Incentives are provided.
