Internship in Finance & Data (m/f/d)

Your Impact on the Mission:

At voiio, we are working to revolutionize the world of work. As an intern in Finance & Data, you will be the driver for transparent and data-based decisions. You will become part of Max's team (our Head of Finance & Data). Together, you will translate complex data into clear pictures: What is going well? Where do we need to act? With your work, you will ensure the reliability of our figures and make sure this added value is advanced within our team.

Your Tasks at voiio:

• You are encouraged and expected to work independently from the start. After thorough onboarding, you will take ownership and actively shape your daily work:
  • Own Projects & Analyses: Together with Max, you will find out what you enjoy most (e.g., forecasting, churn analysis, or pricing), take on your own project, and delve deeply into the subject matter.
  • Month-End Closing & Investor Reporting: You will be involved in every step of our month-end closing and investor reporting from the outset. Ultimately, you will even take over these important tasks completely independently for true ownership.
  • Accounting Operations: You will be holistically responsible for our invoice management. Specifically, this means: You will create and send outgoing invoices via Easybill, and routinely check and record incoming documents in DATEV.
  • Process Optimization & Team Support: You will relieve other teams in their daily work by optimizing cross-functional processes. Depending on what is currently on the company's agenda, you will build meaningful dashboards in Metabase and HubSpot, and sometimes use AI to make tasks and workflows more efficient.
• Please note: Only apply if you are available for a mandatory or study-related full-time internship and have at least 4 months to spare. This position is not intended for working student activities or voluntary internships.

What Makes You Stand Out:

• You recognize connections between different processes and data points and organize your work steps independently and with attention to detail.
• In dynamic phases, you can independently adapt your task logic and prioritize which topics currently have the greatest impact.
• Ideally, you have practical experience with Excel, use it confidently for analyses, and are actively interested in using AI and automation tools for process improvement.
• You are able to communicate complex issues and figures clearly and understandably.
• You speak fluent German (C1) as well as English (B2).
