(Mandatory) Internship Graphic Design / Visual Communication (m/f/x)

The Tasks

As an Intern Visual Communication Design (m/f/x), you are part of our Marketing Team, which is holistically responsible for all marketing and design activities and projects. Our internationally active company, with a total of 6 locations in several European countries, operates in a dynamic industry environment.

In the position of Intern Visual Communication Design (m/f/x), you have the opportunity to gain comprehensive insights into the design fields of work and the interdisciplinary interfaces in a B2B technology company while working on ongoing projects.

This role is perfect for you if the following content excites you:

• You will take on recurring design tasks in close collaboration with the Marketing Team, as well as independent projects that you will manage entirely on your own.
• You will work directly with an experienced Visual Communication Designer.
• You will create graphic content for online and print based on briefs, actively paying attention to visual consistency, adherence to corporate identity, and graphic quality.
• You have the opportunity to work directly with our UI/UX team and in the area of Digital Ad Design.
• You will manage the progress of your tasks transparently in an internal task management tool like Jira.
• You will participate in international projects and contribute your ideas.
• In addition to your design-oriented tasks, you will support the team in managing website content and in research tasks.
• You can use the projects realized during the internship for your own portfolio.

Your Profile

• You are currently studying Media, Communication or Design Management, Communication Design, or a comparable degree program and are completing a mandatory internship as part of your studies.
• You already have experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop) as well as Microsoft 365 (especially PowerPoint).
• You are characterized by a structured, independent, and organized way of working.
• You always develop designs with the respective target audience in mind.
• You contribute creative ideas and implement them in accordance with existing brand and design guidelines.
• If you lack information or input, you will research independently and proactively approach others.
• Knowledge in the areas of video editing, animation, or print production is an advantage, but not a requirement.
