Mandatory Internship Graphic Design & Social Media Content Creation (m/f/d)

With READO, we want to create the Spotify equivalent for the book market. Our app is a social media platform for book lovers that combines community, exchange, and inspiration around reading. With this approach, we pursue ambitious growth goals and are building a product that makes books a new experience.

To make our brand visible across all channels, we are looking for support in graphic design and content creation. During your mandatory internship, you will work closely with our marketing and founding team and create content that will be seen by thousands of readers – from social media posts and advertising materials to campaign visuals.

Tasks

• Design of social media content for Instagram, TikTok & Co.
• Creation of graphics, carousels, stories, reels covers, and other visual assets
• Development and design of advertising materials for online and offline marketing
• Support in the further development of our corporate design
• Creation of presentations and marketing materials
• Collaboration with the marketing team on campaigns and product launches
• Contribution of your own creative ideas for our social media presence
• Support in the design of new features and optimization of the user experience of our READO app (UI/UX)

Qualification

• Mandatory internship as part of a degree program (e.g., Graphic Design, Communication Design, Media Design, or comparable)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) or comparable design tools such as Figma or Canva
• A feel for modern design, social media trends, and brand communication
• Creativity, initiative, and a structured way of working
• Initial experience with content creation or graphic design is an advantage
• Ideally, you already use READO and are familiar with our app and our community – but this is not a requirement
