Founders Associate: E-Commerce (m/w/d)

Momentum Games is a young, growing e-commerce company based in Nürnberg. Under our three brands – including the crime game brand CRIMECASES – we develop and distribute innovative games. We sell on Amazon, in our own online shop, and are currently strategically expanding into new markets and distribution channels.

As a small, agile team, we work daily at the intersection of creativity, technology, and e-commerce. At Momentum Games, you can take responsibility from day one.

Aufgaben

Your Tasks

• You will gain deep insights into our entire e-commerce organization and support us operationally in our daily business – from marketplace management to campaign control to influencer and cooperation partnerships.
• You will analyze market and performance data and lead concrete recommendations for marketing and sales based on this.
• You will build scalable processes and structures in e-commerce, document workflows as SOPs, and help us systematically develop our company.
• You will identify automation potential in our daily business and develop independent AI and automation solutions – for example, using N8N or LLMs like Claude and ChatGPT.
• You will gain insight into our game development processes, support at product briefings, and coordinate with production and logistics, and coordinate trade shows like the Essen Game Show or the Toy Fair in Nürnberg.

Qualifikation

What you bring:

• Ongoing studies in business administration, marketing, computer science, digital business, or a comparable field
• Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise and enthusiasm for taking on real challenges in a dynamic startup environment
• Interest in e-commerce, entrepreneurship, and digital business models – affinity to games or creative products is a plus
• Experience with AI tools, no-code automations, or performance marketing (SEO, PPC, Social Ads)
• Safe handling of Google Workspace / Excel and very good German language skills; English is an asset
