Mandatory Internship Event & Ticketing Operations (m/f/d)

Then become part of our team and support us in the summer in the implementation of exciting events and festivals throughout Germany.

We are looking for a mandatory intern who supports our team in the Ticketing & Event Operations area and gains valuable insights into the organization and execution of major events.

Tasks

You will support our team in the daily business of ticketing and event organization:

Event & Ticketing

• Supporting our event organizers with questions about the ticketing daily business and accreditations
• Data entry and maintenance in the accreditation and ticketing system
• Preparation of event deployments and coordination with event organizers

Event preparation

• Support in the organization of the admission staff
• Communication with event staff and service providers
• Creation of information materials for event operations
• Preparation and setup of accreditation and ticketing hardware

On-site at events

• Accompanying the team to events and festivals in Germany
• Contact person for our employees on site
• Support in the implementation of the admission and accreditation processes

Qualification

You bring this with you

• You are currently studying business administration, event management or a comparable course of study
• The internship is a mandatory internship as part of your studies
• You work in a structured, reliable and independent manner
• You have an open, communicative manner and enjoy working with people
• You are keen to help out on event days (occasionally also on weekends)
• Driver's license class B is required
