Welcome to vaerm. We are revolutionizing the market for heat with the first smart, electric heating wrap. We're at the beginning of a massive journey and offer you the unique opportunity to be part of building a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Brand from 'Day 1' on. Aufgaben

Your Mission:
You are the Swiss Army knife in our Operations Team. You ensure that our customers are happy and logistics run smoothly while we grow together.

• Customer Relations: You are the voice of vaerm. You manage customer inquiries, gather feedback, and ensure 5-star ratings. You learn directly from our users how we can make the product even better.
• E-Commerce & Operations: You pack in with daily business. From shipment management to coordinating orders – you ensure that goods arrive punctually at the customer's doorstep (no worries, we automate a lot, but you need to understand the process).
• Social Media & Content: You help us build the brand. Community Management and Content Creation are part of it.
• Allrounder-Mentalität: Since we're a lean startup, you'll get insights into all areas: marketing strategy, product development, financial planning, and business development.

Qualifikation

You bring with you:

• Status: You are currently enrolled as a student (m/w/d) and are looking for an internship (duration ideally 6 months).
• Mindset: 'Hands-on' is not just a buzzword for you. When it's on fire, you grab the fire extinguisher. You're excited about the dynamic, sometimes chaotic, but extremely learning-rich early phase of a startup.
• Kommunikation: You write error-free and sympathetically in German and have good English skills.
• Arbeitsweise: You are structured, reliable, and think ahead. You don't wait for tasks, but see work.
