posyco combines local floristry with modern technology, making it easier to order fresh flowers from selected local florists.

In addition to individual orders, our focus is on flexible flower subscriptions for private individuals and companies. We consciously work with local partner stores, creating a modern alternative to classic flower delivery services.

As a young company, we are currently further developing our brand and our digital channels. This is exactly where you can support us and contribute your own ideas from the very beginning.

Your Tasks

During your internship, you will gain insights into various areas related to social media, content, design, and online marketing. Depending on your interests and field of study, we can set different focus areas together.

These include, for example:

• Planning, creating, and publishing content for Instagram, TikTok, and other channels

• Recording and editing Reels, photos, and videos

• Creating content and designs with tools such as Figma, Instagram Edits, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or Premiere Pro

• Developing new content formats and campaigns

• Further developing our brand and our visual presence

• Supporting photo and video shoots

• Further developing websites and landing pages in terms of content and design

• Gaining insights into e-commerce and digital business models

• Assisting with SEO, Google Ads, and other online marketing measures

• Conducting analyses and research on target groups, competitors, and current trends

• Taking on your own projects that fit your field of study and interests

It's not about simply working through existing content. If you have a good idea, we want you to contribute it and also implement it yourself.

Your Profile

You are studying, for example, Digital Media, Media Studies, Communication Studies, Marketing, Business Administration, Design, Media Informatics, or a comparable field of study.

More important than your exact field of study is that you have an interest in digital media, content, design, and marketing.

You would be a good fit for us if you

• are required to complete a mandatory internship as part of your studies

• have a good sense for visual trends, aesthetics, and storytelling

• actively use Instagram and TikTok and understand what content works there

• enjoy creating photos, videos, and designs

• ideally have already gained initial experience with Figma, Instagram Edits, or Adobe programs

• are proficient in German text

• work independently and reliably

• enjoy developing and trying out your own ideas

Of course, you don't have to master every tool perfectly yet. It's much more important to us that you are curious and eager to develop.

Your Time at posyco

Immediately after starting, you will get to know our brand, our digital channels, and the various areas.

Within the first few weeks, you can already develop and implement your own content, designs, and ideas.

Over time, you will take on more responsibility for individual projects and can accompany them from the initial idea to implementation.

Depending on your interests, your focus could be, for example, on social media, content creation, design, website, SEO, or online marketing.

This way, you will gain insights into different areas and can look back on concrete projects that you have helped shape yourself by the end of your internship.

Framework Conditions

This position is a mandatory internship as part of your studies. The duration depends on the requirements of your university or college and can be individually agreed upon.
