NeysCustoms is a growing E-Commerce label for hand-painted sneakers with a focus on individuality and community.
We have over 30,000 followers on Instagram & TikTok and win most of our customers organically through Social Media.

We are a small, female-led team and work daily to build our brand further – creatively, data-driven, and with a lot of initiative.

Tasks

• Building and further development of our E-Mail/Newsletter Marketing (CRM)
• Creation of newsletter campaigns (Launches, Sales, Storytelling)
• Development of strategies for Lead Generation
• Support in Meta Ads (Creative ideas & approaches)
• Development of Content and Reel Ideas
• Analysis and optimization of campaigns (e.g. open and click-through rates)

Qualification

• Mandatory internship as part of your studies (e.g. BWL, Marketing, Media, etc.)
• First practical experiences in marketing, social media, or e-commerce are advantageous
• Familiarity with Canva or similar tools for creating creatives
• Ideal, first-hand experience with Newsletter Tools (e.g. Klaviyo) or Meta Ads
• Understanding of social media trends and content formats
• Structured, independent working style
• High level of motivation and initiative

👉 Notes and certificates are secondary for us – what's more important is that you're enthusiastic about implementing and learning.
