As a growing company, we are looking for motivated students who would like to complete their internship in the field of Marketing, Social Media & Content Creation. Support our marketing team in developing our brand strategically, implementing creative marketing campaigns, and creating high-quality content for our digital channels. You will gain insights into various areas of marketing – from Brand Marketing to Social Media to Content Creation.

Aufgaben

In your internship, you will gain comprehensive insights into the marketing work of a growing company. You will actively work on creative projects and can bring in your ideas directly.

• Participation in developing and strengthening our brand Waxcat
  Support in planning and implementing marketing campaigns and actions
• Development of creative marketing ideas to gain and retain customers
• Creation of content for Social Media, Website, Newsletter, and other digital channels
• Support in photo-, video-, and content-production
• Planning and maintenance of our Social-Media-channels
• Analysis of campaign performance and social media metrics, as well as derivation of optimization potential
• Research on current marketing-, beauty- and social media trends
• Collaboration with various company departments on marketing projects

Qualifikation

• Enrolled study (e.g. Marketing, Communication Sciences, Media Management, Business Administration with a focus on Marketing or a comparable program)
• Pflichtpraktikum as part of your studies
• Pasión for marketing, brand development (Brand Marketing), social media, and digital communication.
• Creativity and a good sense of design, trends, and target-group-oriented content
• First experiences with social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn are an advantage
• Safe handling of MS-Office applications; knowledge in Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar programs is a plus
• Self-reliant, structured, and reliable work style
• Communication skills, team spirit, and self-initiative
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
