Mandatory Internship Brand Content & Operations (m/f/d) | Slow Luxury Fashion Munich

• Slow luxury brand from Munich, founded in 2021.
• Design is done in Rome, production exclusively in Italy and Lithuania, using predominantly natural materials and in small quantities.
• Fashion show in Paris, pop-up in Barcelona, international shootings & events in Munich.
• The showroom and your workplace is at Maistraße 21, 80337 Munich.

Tasks

You will work directly with the founder and get a behind-the-scenes look at how a brand and its company truly function. The primary workplace is our showroom in Munich, with approximately two days of home office per week as a guideline.

Your daily routine:

• You will order and keep track of what we need, from packaging, tags and labels to magazines and materials for the showroom, and stay in close contact with our suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• You will create content for social media and the website. You will create photos, videos, and stories in the showroom and on the go.
• You will pick and pack orders from our online store, Wolt, and the marketplaces. You will carefully package them and handle labels and returns.
• You will draft emails for review, prepare responses for the founder, and answer correspondence.

In addition:

• You will plan events with us and receive guests in the showroom.
• You will accompany shootings and campaigns from the initial idea to completion.
• Your honest opinion on new ideas is welcome.

Qualification

• Entrepreneurial spirit.
• You have a feel for aesthetics, sustainability, quality, and people.
• You are comfortable in front of and behind the camera and enjoy editing (or want to learn).
• You speak and write German and English fluently.
• Experience with Shopify or social media is a plus, not a requirement.
• You can prove with your study or examination regulations that the internship is mandatory.
