Paid Internship (m/w/d) Content Creation & Social Media at Fifteen Love

As an intern for Content Creation & Social Media at Fifteen Love, you'll be right in the midst of event action. You'll accompany our events, work both in front and behind the camera, and set content that connects sports, music, and community. As part of the entire process – from the first idea to the final post.

You'll develop your own ideas for Reels, TikToks, and story formats, implement these at events and in everyday life, and accompany the creative workflow from recording over behind-the-scenes to final editing.

The goal is content that doesn't just generate reach but builds community and makes brands experiential.

Tasks

Your tasks:

•⁠ ⁠Development and implementation of creative content ideas for our social media channels

•⁠ ⁠Production of photo, video, and graphic content at events, shootings, and behind-the-scenes

•⁠ ⁠Focus on Instagram Reels & TikTok

•⁠ ⁠Independent work in front and behind the camera

•⁠ ⁠Cutting, editing, and preparing videos, reels, stories, and social media assets with common tools

•⁠ ⁠Social Media Management: planning, maintenance, and posting within our social media accounts

Qualification

Your profile:

•⁠ ⁠Studies or training in the field of graphic design, communication design, or media design (or comparable)

•⁠ ⁠Practical experience in content creation for social media

•⁠ ⁠Strong interest in events, music, and community

•⁠ ⁠Safe handling of tools for video, image, and graphics (e.g. DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom, Figma, and/or Adobe Creative Cloud, also CapCut or Edits)

•⁠ ⁠Good sense of aesthetics, timing, trends, and platforms

•⁠ ⁠Independent, structured working style and enthusiasm for trying out new formats
