avonté is a young, sustainable fashion label from Cologne. We develop high-quality pyjamas and loungewear for people who value quality, comfort, and timeless design.

Our collections are created from carefully selected leftover materials from the fashion industry and are produced in small series in Portugal. We believe in long-lasting products, responsible handling of resources, and that style and well-being do not exclude each other.

avonté was founded by us, Pia & Marlene - with the wish to bring high-quality materials back into circulation and create products that people want to wear every day.

Your Mission

You're at home on Instagram, TikTok & Co. and get creative content ideas while scrolling? Rising follower numbers make you happy and you can't wait to take the next photos, produce stories, or shoot reels?

Then we need you!

As an apprentice*in in the field of Social Media Marketing & Content Creation, you actively shape our digital brand world with -strategically, creatively, and hands-on.

Your Tasks

• You play our social media channels and find suitable formats that you adapt to our brand.
• You empathize with our target group, research relevant topics, and understand their questions, needs, and journeys.
• You are heavily involved in the development and implementation of our content plan and aligns yourself with us founders.
• You create standalone content pieces (posts, stories, reels) and develop small campaigns along the customer journey.
• You research suitable influencers and cooperation partners and support in managing the collaboration.
• You also support us in daily business - beyond the marketing department.

Qualification

• You are studying communication, language or media science, marketing, PR or a comparable field of study.
• You must complete an internship as part of your studies and have at least 5 months available.
• You are creative and know how to design visually appealing content.
• You text securely in a relaxed tone, typos and spelling errors do not escape you.
• You are confident with common content tools and have ideally already worked with Canva and a video editing program.
• First experiences in content marketing, social media, communication or PR are a plus.
• Since our content is aimed at a German-speaking target audience, you should bring fluent German language skills.
• You have a hands-on mentality, work structured and take over responsibility for your own projects.
