Apprentice (m/w/d) in Interior Design - Focus on Residential Properties

Our innovative approach enables property owners to quickly and uncomplicatedly modernize their residential properties. We not only plan and support financing but also take over the complete implementation to ensure a smooth and stress-free project development process.

Our experienced team of architects, construction managers, and certified craftsmen ensures excellent renovation results. Supported by our own developed software, which enables precise planning and seamless coordination of all involved parties.

To drive our growth forward, we are currently looking for an apprentice (m/w/d) in the field of Interior Design, who will strengthen our team and transform existing properties into livable living spaces with us.

Aufgaben

• Development of design lines & interior concepts for apartments and single-family homes to ensure efficient and high-quality renovations
• Design and planning of renovation projects for existing properties, from the initial assessment to the final implementation
• Creation of design plans, drawings, and CAD plans with a focus on phases 1-3.
• Tight collaboration with our construction managers and architects to ensure a smooth project implementation
• Preparation of performance specifications and coordination of internal tenders in our craftsman & GU pool

Qualifikation

• Active studies in the field of Interior Design, Architecture or comparable (where an internship is required)
• Passion for interior design and designing living & life spaces and interest in the digitalization of planning processes and innovative workflows
• Experience in design planning, as well as good knowledge of CAD programs (e.g. ArchiCAD), graphic, and 3D programs
• Structured, self-responsible working style with an eye for aesthetics & functionality, as well as communication skills, to work effectively with craftsmen and customers
