Why are we looking?

We're seeking a new team member to support our Service-Operations-Team from February 2026!

During your internship (at least 4 months), you'll assist us in implementing a new feature in our ERP system and contribute to ensuring our internal processes remain efficient, transparent, and future-proof.

If you have a keen eye for detail, consistently hold data, and enjoy developing systems precisely, then you're exactly right with us.

Your tasks

• Conceptualization and implementation of a new feature in our ERP system
• Analysis and maintenance of project data & KPIs - you'll not only check numbers but also question them and ensure maximum data quality
• Schnittstellenmanagement (communication) between advisors, service providers, and management
• Creation and optimization of presentations, reports, and other documents
• Bringing in your own ideas for process improvements - especially where digital tools, clear logic, and streamlined processes play a role

We're looking for someone who:

• Studies business administration, controlling, computer science or a comparable field
• Has a structured, analytical, and detail-oriented work style with a hands-on mentality
• Is comfortable using MS Office and has genuine enthusiasm for digital tools / ERP systems
• Has high accuracy: you recognize inconsistencies immediately and want to understand why they occur
• Communicates effectively in German and English
• Has team spirit, flexibility, and openness - especially when it comes to improving processes together
• Is interested in sustainability and eager to shape a meaningful environment with us
