Mandatory Intern (m/f/d) / Working Student (m/f/d) from immediately (up to 40 or 20 hours per week)

an exciting work environment in the field of DGNB Navigator Building Products Platform:

• Support in the quality assurance of building product data sets (product testing)
• Collaboration with internal specialist teams and support in the further development of (testing) processes
• Customer support for the DGNB Navigator (mailbox, office hours), including supporting building product manufacturers and certification experts in maintaining and updating product documentation in the back office
• Improving user understanding and the user experience around the DGNB Navigator 
• Creation of user-friendly content and management of website content using a Content Management System – CMS (Typo3)
• Working with agile project management methods, as well as Waterfall

You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of Architecture/Interior Architecture, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Engineering, or a comparable degree program.
Ideally, you have initial practical experience.

• motivated to face new challenges and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics 
• strong communication skills (very good German language skills) and a good understanding of user needs
• willing to familiarize yourself with the DGNB system and the topic of building products or have initial knowledge
• willing to familiarize yourself with CRM/CMS programs and project management tools (Atlassian) or have initial experience 
• well-organized and appreciate working independently
