The Justice Support Agency (JBA) is the personnel service provider for the Austrian judiciary and assigns employees to it. We offer long-term employment relationships at the court, public prosecutor's office, as well as in the correctional facilities and forensic-therapeutic centers.

We offer you the opportunity to complete a mandatory internship in 2026 in the forensic-therapeutic center Asten, Technologiestraße 5, 4481 Asten.

Course of study in health and nursing

As part of the mandatory internship, you can put your previously acquired theoretical knowledge into practice. You will get to know the field of activity of health and nursing within the judiciary and gain insights into the criminal or detention system.

Our requirements:

Willingness and ability to work with marginalized social groups
Mandatory internship must be provided for in the health and nursing study plan
30-38 hours per week
4 weeks minimum internship duration
Criminal record

The mandatory internship is compensated with a voluntary compensation (=pocket money) of EUR 800 gross per month.
