As an Intern in Communication Design & UX/UI Design (m/f/d), you will take on the strategic and visual further development of our online presence. You will translate complex content into precise, modern, and convincing digital communication – and actively contribute to energized&'s brand and growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of our target groups
• Close collaboration with the founding team to sharpen key messages, value proposition, and content logic
• Further development of corporate design, UI, and UX based on clear strategic guidelines
• Conceptual redesign of the entire website structure
• Visual and content-related further development of the corporate design and consistent application of the brand across all digital channels
• Establishment of a clear service and navigation structure that reflects our positioning as a Commercial Growth Partner

Qualifications

• You are studying Communication Design, Web Design, or a comparable degree program
• You have already implemented your own web or UX/UI projects
• You think in a structured manner and can translate complex content into clear information architectures, user journeys, and navigation logics
• You master common design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) and website/CMS tools (Webflow)
• You work in a structured, independent manner and are motivated to take on responsibility
• You communicate fluently in German, both spoken and written (at least C1)
