digitalagenten is growing, therefore we are looking for you! We specialize in digital marketing. In our office in Berlin Charlottenburg, a strong team of 25 colleagues works in the areas of Content Strategy, SEO, SEA, Social Media Management, Redaction, Frontend Development, and Project Management. Since 2013, we have been surfing the online marketing wave and maintaining our position with competence and reliability on the market. This has often led to exciting and forward-looking partnerships with national and international customers from industries such as E-Commerce, Automotive, or Finance. Our portfolio ranges from strategic consulting, conception, and planning of web projects to programming of website applications and shops up to the implementation of advertising campaigns.

The internship is available full-time immediately within a study program as an obligatory internship, and can be filled after 3 months. A duration of up to 6 months would be desirable.

Afterwards, there may be the possibility of a traineeship, a work-study program, or a project-based further employment.

Aufgaben

• You support in maintaining and developing our website applications (e.g. WordPress, CMS adjustments, plugin integration).
• You analyze the performance of our websites and social media channels based on SEO and tracking data.
• You conduct systematic keyword and competition analyses and derive optimization suggestions from them.
• You implement tracking and analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite) and test their data.
• You develop automated workflows to support sales and business development (e.g. CRM processes, lead routing, reporting, follow-up automations).
• You analyze sales data, identify optimization potential, and prepare relevant key figures in comprehensive reports and presentations.
• You ensure the technical quality of content – from page load speed over usability to accessibility.
• You design reports and dashboards that provide insights into reach, conversions, and target groups.

Qualifikation

• You are an enrolled student (m/w/d) in a relevant study program (e.g. Media Informatics, Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration, Marketing Engineering or similar).
• You have technical interest and ideally first experiences with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or CMS systems (e.g. WordPress).
• First knowledge of web analytics or SEO tools is an advantage.
• You bring analytical and solution-oriented thinking and enjoy understanding and optimizing technical processes.
• You are structured in your work and able to prepare complex data clearly.
• You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking, rounding off your profile.
