Your role in our team.

Tasks.

We don't have a typical workday at our place. We continuously develop as a company and expect the same from you. In return, we offer you a broad and diverse range of tasks that we can weigh according to your individual strengths.

• Development of designs for various communication channels like print, web, or social media
• Application of Adobe design programs (e.g., Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Optional: Participation in the implementation of web design
• Other tasks from our performance spectrum that bring you joy and pleasure (e.g., video production, social media, consulting, texts, etc.)

A flawless CV and top grades? That's good and will be honored at our place, but it's not necessary. We're interested in you as a person and check individually whether your expectations, skills, and drive fit us. Characteristics like self-employed work, high quality standards, ownership, and openness to new things should be brought along.

In addition, the following characteristics are relevant for your position.

• You are currently studying or have just finished school/a degree and want to see something new
• You're a creative mind with a sense of good design and persuasive texts
• You have first experience with Adobe design programs
