KplusA Communications GmbH is an event agency for personal brands and medium-sized companies. We make brands tangible and help to increase revenue, attract more employees, and strengthen branding through our own business events. With the help of our large network, we advise and create individual event concepts for our clients.
Starting January 18, 2027, we are looking for a dedicated intern (m/f/d) to support us in planning and implementing various social media activities. As part of our team, you will have a unique opportunity to gain valuable practical experience.
Tasks
You will develop stand concepts and presentations for trade fair appearances and contribute your own creative ideas.
You will research locations and experiences, from boat tours in Hamburg to activation ideas for events in Berlin.
You will take care of the details that make an event complete: branded giveaways, name tags, moderation cards, and participant materials.
You will support participant and exhibitor management and ensure that everything runs smoothly on site.
After the event, you will secure photos and videos and help to finalize processes cleanly.
In event consulting, you will work on presentations and lead magnets, also in English, using modern tools like ClickUp Brain and Lovable.
You will lend a hand in the office and help to keep planning and organization together within the team.
Qualifications
Enjoyment of digital tools and AI-supported work
A hands-on mentality, even when things get hectic
You enjoy creative work with video and have initial experience in editing (e.g., with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools).
You are interested in social media, especially Instagram and LinkedIn.
You have a good sense for visual language, trends, and concise phrasing.
You enjoy working independently, are reliable, and are curious about new tools and formats.
You don't have to be a professional – the important thing is that you are eager to try things out and grow with us.
Confident use of common MS Office applications
Good communication skills and team spirit
