Mandatory Internship in Graphic Design, Content Creation, and Media Design (Magazine, Social Media, and Website)

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) has the potential to play a transformative role in making the world a better place by improving the way people communicate, think, and act.

As a design intern, you can participate in the rollout of the international NLP magazine 'World of NLP' and help shape our social media presence in multiple languages as well as our international website from the very beginning.

We offer a mandatory internship in a dynamic team, with your own adequately equipped workspace at our institute in Kitzingen or remotely (i.e., from home with communication via Zoom, email, phone).

Please only apply if it is truly a full-time mandatory internship prescribed by your university or college.

Tasks

• You will support us in the rollout of the online magazine through your work in design (working with InDesign) and in the visual design of the web presence
• You will actively contribute to the development of the online magazine by supporting the editorial team and our graphic designer in their tasks and by translating texts into appealing designs and layouts
• You will be responsible for the creation and editing of visual content (e.g., for social media and the website)
• You will process, optimize, and create image material
• You will gladly receive insights into our online marketing activities and can help shape them
• The use of AI will also be gladly welcomed and taught

Qualifications

• Degree program in Graphic Design / Media Management / Marketing / Communication or comparable
• You have initial knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud, especially concerning InDesign. If not, you should have a strong interest in learning InDesign.
• PC skills: MS Office products, Internet, Social Media
• You are creative and have a good eye for aesthetics and details
• You find it easy to familiarize yourself with new topics and have a structured and independent way of working
• You are committed and motivated
• You can work independently and complete projects with self-responsibility
• You have an interest in coaching, personal development, NLP, psychology, adult education

Benefits

Internship duration: 2-6 months

Compensation: Internship remuneration of €300/month and free participation in an NLP Practitioner or Coaching training.

Start date: Possible immediately
