Since 2010, M4Energy eG, as an energy cooperative, has been supplying private end consumers, commercial customers, industry, and municipalities nationwide with electricity, gas, and heating electricity. Furthermore, our service portfolio includes energy consulting, LED outdoor lighting, electromobility, and photovoltaics. We ensure a stable and secure energy supply and strive to deliver more than just energy in our daily work – people are at the center for us. To expand our Marketing Team in Dresden, we are looking for from July 1, 2026:

Mandatory Intern (m/f/d)

Tasks

Your task profile:

• Participation in the development and implementation of the company's marketing strategy
• Support in the execution of marketing campaigns for brand strengthening and reach expansion
• Management and activation of existing sports and cultural partnerships (e.g., events, sponsoring appearances like promotions, social media campaigns)
• Support in the development of creative activation concepts to increase brand visibility and target group engagement
• Content creation and maintenance for website, newsletter, and social media channels
• Analysis and reporting of digital campaigns (KPIs, conversion rates, reach)

Qualifications

Your profile:

• Enrolled Bachelor's or Master's student
• Team spirit, communication & organizational skills
• Strong interest in marketing and sports sponsorship
• Independent, thorough working style with a hands-on mentality
• Good MS Office skills – especially PowerPoint & Adobe are an advantage
• Driver's license class B
