To scale our internal processes, we are looking for an intern in the field of Automation & AI Workflows who is interested in understanding complex workflows and building automated, elegant solutions.

If you're interested in automation, tools like Make, Zapier or n8n, and enjoy structured problem-solving — then this internship is perfect for you.

Aufgaben

You analyze existing processes (Marketing, Operations, Accounting, Product) together with us — and develop automated workflows that save time, reduce errors, and enable scaling.

You work directly with the management team and gather valuable projects that you can later use for your own portfolio.

Qualifikation

• Immersion in existing company processes (Meetings, Observation, Note-taking)
• Identification of automation potential (What happens? Why? How often? Where does it get stuck?)
• Development & Implementation of automations with Make, Zapier and n8n
• Creation of small scripts/tools (e.g. in JavaScript, Python or Liquid – Basic knowledge is sufficient)
• Documented workflow
• Testing, finding errors, optimizing
• Presentation of your solutions to the team

Must-haves:

• New curiosity for automation and digital processes
• First-hand experience with tools like Make, Zapier, n8n or willingness to learn quickly
• Basic coding knowledge (e.g. JavaScript, Python – Basic knowledge is sufficient)
• Independent and solution-oriented work style
• Pleasure in questioning problems instead of just completing tasks
• Able to quickly adapt to new tools and systems
• Interest in startups, tech, and new technologies

Nice-to-haves:

• First experience in workflow automation
• Understanding of APIs or Webhooks
• You want to build a Portfolio in the field of Automation
