Finance & Administration Internship

Outdoor Kids with its seat in Frankfurt am Main is a dynamically growing company in the field of sports education. We enable children and young people to participate in high-quality sport offers, camps, and long-term movement programs – with the aim of professionally combining quality, structure, and growth.

We are on an exciting expansion journey to further cities in the DACH region. To design our growth sustainably and structuredly, we are currently looking for a dedicated person for an internship in the Finance & Administration department.

Tasks

Finance:

• Support in preparing accounting in collaboration with our tax office
• Review and preparation of incoming and outgoing invoices
• Support in setting up B2B invoices
• Participation in monthly evaluations and controlling overviews
• Maintenance and further development of financial and KPI tracking systems
• Support in budget planning and forecasting

Administration:

• Support in preparing payroll and contract management
• Documented optimization of internal processes (SOPs)
• Maintenance of data in our systems (e.g. Debitor, Eversports etc.)
• Support in administrative projects within the framework of our expansion
• Participation in structural improvements in the Finance & Operations department

Qualification

• You are studying business administration, economics, management, finance or a comparable field
• You are in vocational training
• Paid internship as part of your studies or school (minimum 6 months)
• Strong interest in finance, controlling and corporate governance
• Very structured and meticulous working style
• Numerical affinity and analytical thinking
• High level of personal responsibility and reliability
• Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets
• Proactive communication and willingness to take on responsibilities
• Ideal, but not necessary, first experience in the commercial sector
