Tasks

• Admission management of a person in need of care into a full-time nursing facility
• Process control of a move within the nursing facility
• all interventions related to a hospital stay
• Consultation and information
• Information handover to the nursing team
• Responsibility for nursing documentation
• Support during the settling-in phase

Qualifications

Nursing examination (geriatric/hospital/health and hospital care/nursing specialist)
• Professional competence
• Proof of regular professional further training
• Qualification for ward management or nursing service management or a corresponding university degree (e.g. nursing management, nursing studies)

Further training as a practice supervisor would be desirable or willingness to complete further training.
